Krippendorff has studied innovation for over a decade.  He is a former McKinsey consultant and the author of three books -The Art of Advantage, Hide a Dagger Behind Your Smile, and The Way of Innovation.   Krippendorff earned his degree in Finance from Wharton, and MBA from Columbia and London.
