Stefano Puntoni is the Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School. Prior to joining Penn, Stefano was a professor of marketing and head of department at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands. He holds a PhD in marketing from London Business School and a degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Padova, in his native Italy.

His research has appeared in several leading journals, including Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Nature Human Behavior, and Management Science. He also writes regularly for managerial outlets such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. Most of his ongoing research investigates how new technology is changing consumption and society, including how humans are adopting and evolving with AI.

He is a former MSI Young Scholar and MSI Scholar, and the winner of several grants and awards. He is currently an Associate Editor at the Journal of Consumer Research and at the Journal of Marketing. Jeremy Korst is a seasoned technology executive with leadership roles at Microsoft, T-Mobile and others. As Partner at GBK Collective, a leading marketing strategy and insights firm, he has advised clients including Google, The Walt Disney Company, Charter Communications, JP Morgan Chase, Amazon, and a host of others.

Jeremy has been at the forefront of major technology trends, including the evolution from packaged software to cloud services, the rise of mobile computing, the permeation of connected ecosystems, and the advent of Gen AI. Throughout his career he has successfully led teams to effectively embrace potentially disruptive technologies and navigate dynamic competitive environments.

He is also founder of Mindspan Labs, an AI strategy consultancy and incubator. As an active investor and advisor in the startup ecosystem, he has supported a dynamic portfolio of early-stage ventures, including Mint Mobile (acquired by T‑Mobile); Oleria, a cybersecurity startup backed by Salesforce; and Rarefied Bioscience, a clinical stage biotech focused on rare diseases.
He earned his MBA from the Wharton School as a Palmer Scholar and now serves on its executive board. His thought leadership has appeared in top-tier outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, and Forbes.
