The Stanford Graduate School of Business Puget Sound Alumni Chapter and the Seattle Business School Alliance (SBSA) invite you to an Angel Investing workshop on Thursday, February 11 at 6PM at the SURF Incubator in Seattle. Cost is $15 which covers food and drinks.

The workshop will provide an overview for Investors and Entrepreneurs interested in discovering Angel Investment opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. Topics will cover the basics including historical asset class performance, best practices, portfolio building, deal flow, and recent crowd funding legislation that both Investors and Entrepreneurs should be aware of before making or receiving an Angel investment.

For example, did you know that Angel Investments are now generally exempt from capital gains tax? This was just enacteed in December 2015 (PATH ACT).

Join us for an evening of education, learning, and Q&A session.
